Back At It

So I was very very sick for 2 weeks. VERY sick. It started when we went to Alabama for a wedding. The wedding was outdoors in 32 degree weather and I got a very bad upper respiratory infection, a sinus infection, ear infection and bronchitis. After taking a zpac I was not better. Super bowl Sunday I was trying to do laundry going up and down the stairs from the first and second floor of our townhouse and couldn’t breathe. Now Im in shape. I work out daily so this wasn’t out of shape couldn’t breathe this was just could not breathe. A took me to the emergency clinic and they did a chest X-ray, drew blood etc to make sure I did not have pneumonia and put me on an inhaler.

This past Saturday was the first day in 2 weeks aside from Dr appts I got out of the house.

I’ve still been working and blogging just from inside the house. Its been tough because general activities like showering and sleeping were difficult. But Im starting to feel like my normal self again 🙂

So I am back at it y’all! Full swing ahead with work, blogging, wedding planning and life.

I am helping to host a fun VIP event at Kate Spade Northpark tomorrow night which I am super excited about and can’t wait to go today to see the dress they picked out for me to wear!

I am also participating in a Clever Girls Collective campaign on my instagram account so make sure you are following along for all the fun!!! My account can be found here  the hashtag is also #DramaFreeDrive so follow that and see what everyone is doing all week. Each day is a different fun theme!

This quote seemed appropriate for many reasons today…

So glad to hear you are feeling better! Nothing worst than getting sick and having to basically put life on hold for a few days or weeks.
