If you are like most people, you put away your holiday decorations, got back in your exercise routine and you are in what I like to call the “holiday hangover.”
I have 5 great ideas to get you out of your holiday rut.
1. Start a good book- I am in the middle of 50 Shades of Grey and it has been the perfect cure for my holiday hang over. If you need a good book- here are some of my favorites.
2. Start a new workout routine and set a goal for yourself. I loved training for the marathon, it helped me put working out first, and now I love it!
( I tried all of them, and I would recommend them to anyone)
3. Start watching a new TV Show and host watch parties.
I just started getting into Glee and I love it! I am also a huge fan of the bachelor/bachelorette.
P.S.- Did anyone else think that Mad Men was starting again Dec. 30th? I guess that it won’t start until April! So sad!
4. Start a new hobby.
Whether it is golf, tennis, cooking, blogging….whatever you have been wanting to start….DO IT! There is no better time than the present.
5. Start decorating/making valentines for Valentine’s Day! It is right around the corner.
Valentines is all about celebrating love whether you are single or have someone special in your life. Even when I was single- I would make valentines for my friends. I just love a holiday that is about love!
I know some people may disagree, but it is just one of those holidays I have always loved!
