With the new year a few weeks in hopefully we are all sticking to our fitness and health goals we made! I know for me with my wedding this year my goals are more important than ever because obviously I want to look and feel great! Drinking plenty of water, getting enough sleep and eating right are the obvious things but snacking right is also important. Im a girl on the go most of the time and grab and go snacks are important. So I am loving these new Kashi granola bars! Such a great Go To Snack!

What’s great about these is they fit easy in a purse, gym bag, etc. They can be kept in your car for easy grab and go use. I also love that they are great for travel. As someone who travels a lot I always bring snacks when I travel so I am always looking for new good travel snacks that are healthy and yummy and these are BOTH! BONUS!
