Hey friends! If you have been reading my blog for a while you know I love a good green smoothie. We have them every single day and some days I have a fruit smoothie as a snack as well. We always have tons of fruits and veggies in our fridge. Today I am sharing three healthy spring smoothies with you guys that you will be reaching for nonstop!

So those are my favorite smoothies that I have daily. I love adding Greek yogurt for a little extra protein, which fills me up a lot longer.

We always add a few packets of Whole Earth Sweetener to give it a little sweet kick. The great thing about Whole Earth Sweetener is that their products are great tasting, zero and lower calorie sweeteners crafted and blended from Non-GMO ingredients. They use the highest quality natural ingredients. Other great options to add to your smoothies to give them a bit of a sweet flavor are:

  • Whole Earth Sweetener Honey 50 – 50% fewer calories than traditional honey per serving, organic, and Non-GMO Project Verified. Use ½ as much for same sweetness and 50% fewer calories than traditional honey.
  • Whole Earth Sweetener Agave 50 – 50% fewer calories than traditional agave per serving, organic, and Non-GMO Project Verified. Use ½ as much for same sweetness and 50% fewer calories than traditional agave.

You can find Whole Earth Sweetener Nature Sweet 0 calorie sweetener packets at Starbucks (at the condiment bar).
You can find Whole Earth Sweetener products at select Walmart Supercenters, Target stores, and other grocery stores nationwide. Check here to find your closest store, or buy on Amazon.

I love having my smoothies as healthy as possible. By adding tons of fruits and veggies and something a little sweet for taste, I really feel like I get the best smoothie there is.

The healthy Spring smoothie sounds good. My friends and I were looking for a healthy smoothie to do at home. I like you have three different recipes my friends and I could try:)

I was reading last week that Stevia alone can cause a spike in Insulin levels as the sweetness tricks the body into thinking it’s consuming sugars. And that without sugars being ingested at the same time this can cause problems. Well honey + stevia certainly solves that problem, plus honey is a nutrient dense sweetener. Great post!

These sound great! I love the idea of adding a little green goodness in there but it still being mostly fruit for the taste!
