One thing we love to do in the summer is grill. I think it’s pretty common! The weather starts to get so hot and standing over a hot stove is way less fun than being outside and grilling with family and friends. We are pretty basic in our grilling, but I do love to spice up our sides and appetizers. One thing we LOVE to make is sweet corn salsa. This goes so well with grilled chicken, steak, or fish! It elevates any meal and is even great just by itself with chips. So check out my best sweet corn salsa recipe below!

I’ve made something similar to this before, but it was called Cowboy Salsa. This is perfect for grilling season, and I can see it being on the table when we watch football, too.

Sounds delicious. I use Cilantro in most of my dishes. My husband will love this Best Sweet Corn Salsa Recipe. I can see him having it with chips and beer while watching his weekend baseball games.

This looks just delish. I like pretty much ALL salsas 🙂 and I am glad to see you using that hand-chopper-thingy; I have one but never think to use it, and keep telling myself that I should…thx 4 reminder!

Ok, so this is dangerous because I can absolutely see myself eating a whole bag of chips and a huge bowl of this salsa. It looks delicious!
