This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Lisa Bridge Collection exclusively at Ben Bridge Jeweler. All opinions are 100% mine.
With two big trips in October (one we just went on and one next week), plus a trip to Houston for my first baby shower in November I am very focused on packing lists. The trouble I usually run into is packing accessories. I either over pack or under pack and I never feel quite prepared. Talking to a few friends, I have discovered this is a common problem. I wanted to share a few tips for packing accessories I have that will maybe help!
Tips For Packing Accessories
Pack Versatile Pieces: When packing the jewelry portion of your accessories try to pack a few pieces that are more versatile! I tend to wear my diamond studs that I’ve had forever and maybe pack one pair of earrings in a neutral metal that go with everything. Or I pack these White Agate Earrings. I love that the stone is so versatile and would really go with ANY outfit! Then I tend to pack one statement ring that I can take from day to night. A great choice is Black Sapphire Wave Ring from Lisa Bridge Collection exclusively at Ben Bridge Jeweler. I love that this ring is simple but also pops! It’s one of my favorite pieces. It can easily go from day to night! The Amazonite & White Agate Necklace goes with SO MANY OUTFITS. And if you don’t want it to get tangled while packing, run it through a thicker straw (a drinking straw to keep it separated. What I love about this necklace is that it’s fun and simple yet really can make the most simple of outfits pop! Would look amazing over a black or gray sweater or turtleneck and slim jeans or leggings! The Rainbow Moonstone Pendant to me is the ultimate versatile statement piece. I could see wearing this during the day with a cute sweater and jeans and then at night with an LBD and heels! It’s perfect for weddings too! These pieces are all amazing and are real and authentic!
One Purse: If you are going on a trip where you have limited room in your suitcase I would suggest sticking to one color palette and metal palette. That way you can pack one purse that goes from day to night. I suggest a crossbody that you can either remove the straps on and make a clutch or a crossbody that’s small enough and simple enough to be worn with multiple outfits.
Limit The Shoes: Along the same lines of sticking to a color palette with purses and jewelry, the same goes for shoes. No need to pack black and brown boots. Pick one color that you plan to stick with and go for that. The same with flats. If I pack brown boots I tend to pack black flats. Then a pair of running shoes. You are good to go. I can remember on our honeymoon taking about 10 pairs of shoes and I wore 3! Seriously, you do not need that many shoes! Find a pair or two you love and can wear with ANYTHING! Booties are a great fall/winter option because they look great with jeans, leggings, and dresses!
If you stick to these tips for packing accessories it will make packing for vacations so much easier! I plan to follow these tips for my upcoming trips and hopefully it will solve my overpacking problem!

Packing neutrals and versatile pieces is key! I usually find myself packing the same basic accessories whenever I travel because I know they go with everything.
These are great tips!! Now I just need somewhere to go, lol!!
Great tips! I tend to overpack everything, so I could use some minimalism in that area! 😛
great tips!!! I love the necklace in the second photo
I love this! The necklace is gorgeous-great packing tips!
I know all too well how jewelry can get so tangled during travel! Thanks for the tips!

I very much limit the jewelry I’m packing for a trip, but the stuff I pack is simple and can be worn with multiple different outfits.
This is some good advice. Planning your clothes and shoes ahead of time to match makes things much more simple.
I don’t really own too much jewelry so I don’t have to pack too many accessories when I go on trips. Packing my essential oils – However – is another feat of its own.
Love those accessories! That ring is so cute. Great tips too! I always over pack on shoes. I need to be better about that. haha
Great tips and those are some really beautiful pieces!
Thanks for sharing. I travel lots and the jewelry ideas were great and beautiful.
I have to admit that I don’t have any tips for packing accessories. I wear minimal stuff, particularly when traveling, so just wear it instead of packing it.
This is very good advice, when I travel I always have this challenge on how to pack my accessories and jewelry. The jewelry and accessories that you suggest look so pretty.
You shared some really great tips for packing accessories, I have to figure out how to travel more in order to use the tips 😉 I would love to travel and look great doing it!
LOVE that iridescent necklace!!
Such pretty pieces! Love that ring!

I am obsessed with these pieces! Gorgeous – everything is so delicate and classy!
I totally agree with packing with one color scheme. I’m an avid member of Team Carry On and so I need to have method to the madness. 2 pairs of shoes max, simple accessories, and one scheme so things can be pieced together with ease.
These are great tips! I’m definitely going to keep them in mind when we pack for our honeymoon this spring!
I love using a weekly medicine container to put my accessories in when traveling. It keeps them organized as well as I know what I am wearing each and every day.
I’m horrible with trying to pick through my shoes. I bring way too many pairs and only ending up wearing one or two of them. It’s my down fall and probably what takes up the most of my suitcase.
Omg some great tips here! I always try and back similar colors meaning less shoes and purses to bring to make sure I don’t overpack!
