Favorite Pinterest Workouts

Oh Pinterest how I love you and your hours of addiction. I am a big fan of at home workouts which I have talked about before and one of the best places to find these is Pinterest.

With July 4th tomorrow and Summer in full swing I know we are all looking for great workouts to do. It can get boring doing the same thing all the time so I tend to look to Pinterest and even Instagram for great workout ideas. Pinterest has a billion different pins of great at home, at the gym, on the go workouts and trainings you can do and now its time to lace up those shoes and get moving!

Here are just a few of my favorite Pinterest workouts and the links that go along with them!

I love the one above because its really easy to remember what comes next plus its not super intimidating

I really enjoy cross fit style workouts so this one is another fav and very easy to do at home or at a home/apt gym

This one is AMAZING for travel. Just like it says its a hotel room workout. All things you can do if you have a little space in a hotel room!

This one is great because it’s a whole week of workouts. You can repeat them as many times as you want or do more than one!

Probably my all time favorite one! I mean just look at how amazing it is

  1. These are all really good. I have a couple of those pinned. I’m definitely in my last ditch efforts to get fit before I go to WeFest (it’s a music festival) in August. This is my last full month to get super hot lol.

  2. Pinterest has a solution for everything. I share many recipes on Pinterest but was totally clueless about the workout options. Thanks. Off to explore others now.

Those are great workouts!! I don’t have a lot of time to workout on days that I work (12 hour days working at a hospital wear me out!!) and these seem like quick workouts I can even do when I’m super tired!

I love the 30 day crossfit one I found from MommaCrossfitter blog. If you google it, you’ll see it.

You’re in Dallas, quick question – we have a layover there next weekend and I assume there are Starbucks in the airport, right? We always try to get city mugs so I’m hoping I can pick one up there.

I love quick little workouts like this! My personal favorite end-of-the-night workout is any variation of jumping jacks, a few planks, and a few leg lifts for the abs. Great to make you feel great, even without a lot of time.
