5 Do’s and A Don’t with Natalie

Hey Y’all!
Right now I am in a car with 3 of my best friends, probably deliriously tired, and drinking starbucks and laughing all the way to Nashville for Blissdom. I will be getting my blog groove on til Sunday with some of the most amazing, talented, funny, smart, beautiful and awesome women around. Best Part: I consider a lot of them close friends! So its basically a vacation with a big group of your friends from all over the country. So my 5 Do’s and A Don’t today is really special because it comes courtesy of one of my Blissdom roomies from last year. Natalie is pretty effing awesome and if you aren’t following her you are cray cray cause she is hysterical! So y’all show Natalie some love.
When Neely asked if I would write a post for her, of course I said yes.  Not only because I love her little space of blogland, but also  because I feel like I owe her one.  You see, we were room mates at Blissdom last year and she was unfortunate enough to share a bed with me.  I possibly kicked her a few times, tried pushing her out of the bed and stole her covers.  OOPS!
DO’S and DONT’S of dating my son
There are many posts & articles about taking care of daddy’s little girl, but what about momma’s boy? Since my oldest kids are if the male persuasion, they’re my first experience into being the mother of a teen-who-dates.
And if you have a teenager daughter that wants to date them:: here are a few guidelines of my expectations.
DO use manners at my house. Please, thank- you, ma’am & sir go along way.
DO be prepared to spend time with the whole family at my house. No girls allowed upstairs so you’re stuck in the family room.
DO expect my son to open your door, pull out your chair, pay for your movie/meal/date. I’m raising a gentleman. I have high expectations for him. You should too.
DO realize that however you feel about him– puppy LOVE– he was my son a long time before he was your boyfriend.
DO remember you’re a young lady & not walking the street for a job— wear age appropriate clothes that covers your decency. And no, that doesn’t mean dressing like grandma but if I see panties sticking out of your jeans or boobs hanging out of your shirt? The time spent with my son will be limited
DONT break his heart. There’s nothing worse than a mother being protective over her baby. And if you decide it’s not working out, do the right thing and tell him IN PERSON not via text or Facebook

  10. Presently you can actually lease flats, condos, town homes, and in some cases one loved ones houses. With every of those sorts of dwellings, you鎶 want to look at what’s about you. In the event you live in an apartment or condo, give thought to the ground you鎶 be residing on.
