I don’t know about you guys but I always have a hard time finding yummy, healthy snacks to take on the go with me especially during the Holidays.  My family when we were little would always bake around this time of year and granola bars were something we love to make. It’s a great snack for at home or on the go! Or even something quick and easy to have for breakfast or a snack while working from home during this very busy time of year.  Since I have always loved making No Bake Granola Bars so when tempted with the offer to try Nestle Toll House DelightFulls filled morsels I could not resist doctoring up a new Holiday recipe and including these yummy treats.

Recipe:

1/4 Cup of natural honey

1/2 Cup of creamy peanut butter

1 1/2 Cups of rolled oats

1/8 cup of granola

1/8 cup of pecans

1 tsp of vanilla extract

As many Nestle Toll House DelightFulls filled morsels( I chose peanut butter filled) as your heart desires

Process:

Grab a large mixing bowl and mix all ingredients together.

Stir until they are evently mixed.

Take a baking pan(for reference I used on that was 6X10 and cover with parchment paper

Spread out your mixture onto the baking pan.

Cover with a clear plastic wrap and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.

This will harden the mixture and make it easy to cut into easy granola bars or bites.
