If you’re anything like me, you rarely carry cash on you. I mean who has time to deal with cash and change on a daily basis? Not me! With the app, you can pay with your cash back directly at the time of purchase at places like Gap, Target, Starbucks, and Toys R Us. You have your cash back rewards with you wherever you go!
Now let’s talk about those rewards! Not only can you earn 5% cash back, but you can activate that feature via the app. When you sign up for the Chase Freedom card you automatically get 1% cash back on every purchase, no annual fee (the best!), and a $100 sign up bonus. Seriously, what are you waiting for?
It’s almost time to begin holiday shopping. So think of it this way; you are making every day purchases like gas, groceries, buying baby and wedding gifts for friends, having your oil changed, etc. and all the while you could be racking up points and getting cash back rewards that you can use to buy holiday gifts. How many of your holiday gifts do you get at places like Target, Starbucks, The Gap, and Toys R Us? Probably a lot right? I know I shop at Target for almost everything. So, what if you signed up now and saw how much of your holiday shopping could be…in the words of Olivia Pope, “handled.” It pays off, trust me! I always thought credit cards were evil, but I am realizing that if they are used appropriately (and you don’t let yourself get into debt) then they can be a very smart resource!
