ITS OK Thursday

Its Ok Thursdays

Hi Friends! I hope you are having a super fabulous week. Mine has been less than stellar but I have a lot of great things in my life and my daddy is alive and kickin so I am not gonna complain.
So today is another edition of ITS OK Thursday with Amber and I!
We really love love love seeing so many of you link up each week and we love you tons for making this linkup so fun and successful 🙂
ITS OK…..
To read someones blog post and be angry….sometimes I think people with very little life experience should not talk on subjects they know nothing about. RANT OVER.
To think that no matter how many times it happens it hurts just the same
To think that the North Carolina voters need a reality check
That whenever I am on my laptop you will always find these tabs open(Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Goodreads, blogger, my blog, google and gmail) ALWAYS
That my packing list for NYC is 5 pages front and back….sorry Meghan and Erin(my NYC roomies)
That I am considering leaving the laptop at home when I go to NYC just to not take a carry on
That I bought materials to make 2 throw pillows…and that I have no idea what I am doing
To rewatch 4 seasons of Felicity in less than a week…
To love getting mail that is not bills or junk(Im talking to you Ulta coupons)
To be so obsessed with my new blog design that I just stare at it sometimes…NERD
To think the Jcrew Factory site is the tits…I mean guys it has the exact same stuff as Jcrew but for reals(4 items for under $80) BOOM!
TO regret buying a pair of shoes but keep them cause they are pretty
To think an overpriced pedicure and a venti latte combo can fix almost any problem
To think my dad is superman…seriously guys over 20 hours of chemo in one week and a surgery and still working. He is hardcore.  LOVE YOU DAD!
To think this taken from Carolines blog is the best thing I’ve seen this week

What’s OK with you this week?

Link up with Amber and I!

Neely – hey hope you have a wonderful time in NYC. In case you need a near local to show you around, I think your old friend Carl kateb would be happy to do that, as he now calls new York home. His email is [email protected]

  4. I’m in NC and I’m ashamed to admit it. The idiot bible beating bigots ruin it for the rest of us that voted NO! Sigh.

  5. Sipping on Starbucks or champagne during an overpriced pedicure is my idea of stress relief!

Also, ever since your blog re-design, I’m unable to paste in links when entering in a link up or a giveaway. It says it’s forbidden by Munchin Land Designs 🙁

Yay for over packing & ridiculous lists.
That last pin is AMAZEBALLS. Did you see where some libraries are refusing to carry it based on the content? It’s basic censorship & such crap.
And the NC thing? Less than HALF of the registered voters voiced their opinion. WTF is wrong with people?
I don’t see the issue. Regardless of your spiritual/religious/sexual beliefs, why can’t anyone joined as a couple NOT receive the same benefits? We’re talking about two separate things: the civil & religious aspects. There is a civil contract that is recognized by the federal gov as a way to distribute the privileges and the religious portion that people follow based on personal beliefs. Don’t heterosexual couples realize they’ve followed the same path?? By going and applying for their marriage license, they’ve entered into a civil union. The church & minister aspect has nothing to do with what box you check as far as insurance or taxes.

    Ok.. stepping off soapbox now.
