First of all today I am in a state of depression for 2 reasons 1. on my next birthday I will be 29 shudder and 2. Tonight ends a nearly decade long love affair with One Tree Hill. I am sad.

Today for My 5 Do’s and A Don’t series I have sweet Molly Jac! I just love love love her. Seriously she is such a fun, bubbly, sweet hearted girl and I hope one day we get to meet and share a bottle of wine.

Well hello there! My name is Molly, and I blog over at A Midwestern Touch !
I’m a newly engaged Kansas girl just living the good life being a student teacher by day and graduate student by night. I heart my family, fiance, the Kansas Jayhawks, and my Erin Condren planner. I’m so excited to be in Neely’s little space today because I just love her to pieces!
Do: Sing at the top of your lungs in your car like you are Mariah Carey or Faith Hill {or whoever you would like to imagine yourself as}. If you crank up the music a few notches above your voice then you actually think you are as good as them. It works for me every time.
Do: Tell the people you care about how much you love and appreciate them every moment you can. You may think they know, but most of the time the don’t until you actually tell them. Send a card, text, or little e-mail. It’ll make their day. Trust me.
Do: Take advantage of the weather. Some of my favorite things to do are outside and I try to treasure every little second I can out in the fresh air. Anyone want to go camping? golfing? boating? grill out? lay out?
Do: Be you. Do what you enjoy. Say what you feel and think. At the end of the day all that matters is we are ourselves and the right people will love the real you.
Do: Give yourself some “me” time doing whatever you enjoy doing. Sometimes that’s all it takes to get back on track, refreshed, and recharged.
Don’t: Take life too seriously. No time for that!
