Neely’s 75 Hard Ish

I keep a very healthy balanced life at least I feel like I do. But sometimes I will notice some cracks, some slacking and realize I need a good reset. I know that it’s really common and popular to do 75 hard and honestly the ones I have seen are a bit intensive. So I wanted to do my own version that makes sense for my goals.

Neely’s 75 Hard Ish

  • 12k plus steps a day: I am great about getting 10K but really want to have my baseline be 12K
  • 80 oz of water w/ electrolytes: I have days where I am great about my water intake but I think what I want to focus on is making sure I have 25 oz between each cup of coffee in the morning.
  • 10-20 mins vibration plate daily: This feels like a treat to me. One of my favorite things to do and I absolutely LOVE doing it.
  • Red light mask 3-5 times week: Linking the one I use here and I have a discount code (NEELYMOLDOVAN for 10% off)
  • Barre 5- 6 days a week: I already do this! I love barre it’s my favorite workout.
  • Double protein: My biggest struggle honestly! I have started introducing protein powder into my smoothies and or greek yogurt and that is helping a TON! I wish I loved yogurt bowls!
  • Daily vitamins/supplements: I am great about doing this but really want to make sure I also get my creatine in. I don’t do it every day. This is the one I have been using.
  • In bed by 9: If left to my own devices I would be in bed at 8 every night but sometimes Andrew and I will get into a show and stay up too late. Trying to not do that during the week!
  • 30 minutes plus of reading daily: I would love to read even more than this honestly but I am trying to do this at a minimum.
  • Balanced snacks: One of my biggest weaknesses are nerds gummies or goldfish crackers and while both are amazing and delicious they are not what I would call healthy. Trying to really limit them and focus on snacks that will actually fill me up.
  • Ice roller every day: This goes a bit with the above but I hate waking up feeling puffy and this is usually for me attributed to lack of sleep and not great eating before. So I want to make sure I ice roll every morning.

I feel like these are easy attainable things that I mostly do anyway but if you are looking for a reset I would love if you joined me!

  1. Wow, Neely you just gave me a challenge. As car dealerships sales manager for both new and used second hand cars for sale, I sit down most of the time waiting for customers, and don’t go to the gym. Now I’ll have to start to get back in shape, and eat healthier.

    Thanks for the motivation.
