Sponsor Intro’s: 3 Fabulous Ladies

I am so excited to be starting off 2012 with a new addition to A Complete Waste of Makeup: Sponsors!
Today I want to introduce to you 3 of the lovely bloggers that are sponsoring me in January.
Here is a bit about them in their own words 🙂
Go follow them and show them some love, these ladies are so sweet and I adore each of them! I feel so blessed that so many great women wanted to support my blog and so I am very happy to support theirs!! 🙂

Hello to all of Neely’s fabulous
readers.
A Complete Waste of Makeup is one of my favorite blogs and
I’m sure it’s one of yours too!
Let me tell you a little about
myself…
My name is Shellsea and I blog over here at Heartfelt
Happenings.

Photobucket

I started my blog at the end of July 2010, 26 days after
my son was born. Shortly after, I neglected my blog until April of
last year when I really got hooked on blogging.

All you really need
to know about my blog is Little C, my son, is seriously one of the
most adorable kids ever {but then again I’m biased}
and in a
nutshell I love the outdoors, but also love reading on my couch, and that I am
totally self-contradictory at all times.
for more about me my two favorite posts from my blog are “9 Month Milestones” about Little C and my post about
a hiking adventure.
Oh, and I have a few pet peeves and
they all involve language.
“Abbreviated Speak” as I like to call
it and alliteration through misspelling {when it’s totally not
needed}.
Examples: Abbreviated Speak: Defs =
Definitely {mainly a pet peeve because the husband shortens his words
then I find myself doing it and I’m pretty sure our
eighteen-month-old son may never learn full words this way}
Alliteration: Kiddie Kandids, Kreative
Kids
{obviously you see a pattern of my annoyance when people use a
“K” to spell “C” words especially when it’s kid related.}
That’s all about me! If you want some more you can also connect with me on
facebook or twitter!

Dancing in the Minefields

Hi there! My name is Kate and I blog over at Dancing in the Minefields. I’m just a mom of 2…a 2.5 year old little girl named Rory and a 1 year old son named Trace. I’m married to Dave, own my own dance studio and have the sweetest puppy, named Millie. My days are fueled by Diet Coke and prayer. 🙂 I’m really excited to be sponsoring my pal, Neely. Her blog is one of my daily must reads, for sure!

I started blogging for fun back in December of 2009 and started doing it as a serious hobby in December of 2010. So I guess this is my 2 year blog anniversary coming up! Wow. Time flies, huh? I blog as therapy, I blog to make friends, I blog to remember. Blogging is my outlet in my crazy daily life. Come stop by and you’ll see why. 😉

My blog is a conglomeration of many genres of blogs. I’m part Mommy, part Disney (don’t hate! ;)), sometimes cooking, photos and crafts…plus about 12,000 other things. I get bored easily and need to keep things interesting. If I could sum up my blog in a few words? I’d say feel free to laugh, I laugh at my life every day. 🙂

Neely asked me to share my two favorite posts with you.

The first is a post I wrote last week to my kids…I’ll Love You Forever.

And then a deeply heartfelt post I wrote in the wake of the Penn State scandal. (I’m a PA blogger and my husband is a Penn State Alum.) This post is called Rebuilding Who We Are.

Like I said before, I’m a little bit of everything. I’m a Christian, a conservative and Droid user. She’s got a Kindle Fire and I’ve got an iPad. Neely and I are opposites but that’s what’s great about blogging. We’ve learned so much from each other and all our other blog friends. Come on over to my corner of the blogosphere and get to know me! If nothing else, you’ll like reading about my kids antics. They are bananas! 🙂 I love all things Steelers and Penn State, am addicted to Gilmore Girls reruns and Top Chef. I imagine myself to be a chef, an amateur photographer. I dance through life, I sing all the time (not well, but who cares? :)) I am a contradiction, a dichotomy, a challenge. I just try to be the best version of myself. Come on over!

They Call Her Meghan

 My first post I have since deleted, because it was for a school project, but my first post that I actually kept was: August 30th 2010, and it was a link-up called Monday Minute which I don’t think is around anymore! I blog because I love reading about other people’s lives & I love getting input from so many different women from so many different walks of life!
I don’t hold back very much. I tell it like I see it. I’m very open and very honest. If we become friends, you have a friend for life! I want my blog to be a place where people can come and read about my life & my adventures & hopefully take something away from it!
Hmm. My two favorite posts would have to be my Smalltown USA post where I talk about living in a small town: http://www.theycallhermeghan.com/2011/08/smalltown-usa.html & another one of my favorites would be one I just posted this Christmas season and it’s about my feelings toward the song “Christmas Shoes” : http://www.theycallhermeghan.com/2011/12/christmas-shoes.html.
 My name is Meghan, as showcased by my blog title of They Call Her Meghan, I’m 19, I love life & love to have fun. I’m silly and I’m serious, I can be loud and obnoxious, but I also can be quiet and chill. I’m a country girl & I love it!
My biggest pet peeve would be people who complain about their life and the circumstances they are in and do nothing to change it!
Go check out these fabulous ladies!
