Chad and I did something we don’t normally do unless we are on a trip….
We spent 5 days together….
Aside from the hours he was at work we were together.
Our reasoning for never doing this:
1. We do not live together….yet
2. We like our “me” time
3. We live 20 mins apart
4. We are on completely different morning schedules(I work out at 5 AM, he sleeps til 5 mins before he needs to leave)
I digress….
Chads parents went out of town and he was house-sitting and since I was off work we decided it would be fun for me to stay with him.
Weds and Thurs nights were pretty low key we just watched movies, had some wine and talked. Friday night was pretty similar although we did stay up a LITTLE later 🙂
Saturday day we woke up and went to the gym together which we dont usually do and it was LOVELY to work out with my man.
That night we went out to dinner with my best friend, Michele her hubs and their baby to Bee Enchiladeria. Im sure you have heard me mention it on twitter about a bazillion times.
Then we hung at their house and had a few drinks
She looks just like her daddy!
Then we went to The San Francisco Rose for Amber’s bday party!
We got home pretty late and I was exhausted and crashed.
Sunday morning we had breakfast, swam laps, and ate lunch before heading out to my great aunts 100th birthday party!
Chad, Me, my 10 year old cousin Natalie, grandparents, Dad and Stepmom
Then we hung out at my dad and stepmoms for a bit before getting dinner at Whole Foods and catching a showing of….
While we were waiting for the movie to start Chad turned to me and said “You know its good that after 5 days together IM not sick of you yet”
Thanks baby, I love you too.
It was a truly great summer weekend! I loved spending so much time with Chad and Im so excited about our Labor Day weekend trip to Austin 🙂 I cant wait to go hiking and hit up a winery!

when my boyfriend and i moved in together, i found myself getting annoyed at little things he did…like the way he brushed his teeth and how he has such a prolem with hoarding/saving random stuff hahah but you learn to live with little quirks and then everything turns out just right!
when are you guys thinking of moving in together!? or are ya!?

Always nice to hear you two aren’t sick of each other yet. 🙂 BF and I started living together almost immediately after we started dating officially and we rarely get sick of one another. Guess that means we’re a good match!

Dave and I are all about some “me” time. We love to spend time together but you have to have that time apart too. I am glad you guys made it 5 days. Maybe this means you are ready to live together?
