Im back from Chicago!!!
First of all HAPPY BIRTHDAY TARA!!!!!! Go wish her a happy birthday RIGHT NOW!
2nd of all…..It was an amazeballs trip which I will recap periodically through the week…it may take several posts and a few weeks to do….I took like 300 pictures….not all of which are appropriate for the blog..or for people to see. Lets just say there was an improptu dance party Saturday night…it involved Justin Beiber, Toto, Miley and some interpretive dance moves.
I digress…
So Lets catch up on life with some random shall we…
Josh and Anna Duggar had their 2nd baby! Chad and I watched it last night…Im pretty sure the Duggar’s horrify him.
I think I gained 5 lbs in Chicago…but our hotel gave us warm choc chip cookies everyday!
I am off work today and half of tomorrow which Im super thankful for because it may take me that long to unpack and get my life back in order.
I started 2 books on the plane!
American Wife
and
The First Husband
They are both good so far! I had started American Wife like a year and a half ago and got distracted so I decided to completely restart it and Im so glad I did!
My google reader is sitting solidly at 600 plus posts so give me a few days to catch up on your blogs…patience is a virtue yall!
When I go out of town as much fun as I have I really miss my routine….
However I had a routine in Chicago I must share with yall. One thing I love about Chicago is that you can walk EVERYWHERE! Every morning I got up(while someone…Ashley was still sleeping) and walked to the Starbucks on Michigan Ave, got my coffee and walked around for an hour or so. I usually walked about 3-4 miles in the morning and I love love loved it!
I need to learn how to watermark my pictures for my blog so if anyone would like to pass along that info I would love you forever and ever!
Have I told yall I have been swimming a ton!?!? Its my favorite workout to do and I love that I can do it for 4-5 months of the year outside. I seriously dont even notice Im working out because I find it so enjoyable. Have yall tried it???

I get distracted during books sooo often and before, I thought that it was just the quality of the book, but now that I wait a couple of days or weeks and try again, I find the book much more enjoyable!
