Teenage dreaming at a Shell Station AKA road trips with Chad

Well hello lovelies!
First of all I am guest posting over at Lindsey’s blog today so go check it out! 
Did everyone enjoy their long weekend? I sure did!
We high tailed it out of Dallas around 7:30 Friday night and headed to my 2nd favorite city in TX…Austin!
After a 4ish hour drive(thanks traffic!) we got to Austin but on the drive a few funny things happened:
1. I took a video of Chad and I singing Teenage Dream by Katy Perry but he has forbid me to share it…Ill work on him.
2. Chad got really tired about 2 hours in so we stopped for water and dark chocolate for him at a Shell station just north of Waco(more on this later)
Finally made it to Austin…checked into hotel…and crashed
Saturday consisted of the following: 
Baptism for BFF’s baby boy
Brunch post Baptism
Driving to San Antonio to hang with Kerbi and Glenn
Drinking lots of beers and eating at La Fonda
Driving back to Austin while updating Chad on the Casey Anthony trial
Going to sleep before 11 PM
Sunday:
Coffee Bean
Shopping
Home Slice Pizza
Seeing Dana, Wade, Stacie and the rest of the peeps
Driving back to Dallas where I needed some water so we stopped at a Shell station…Chad went inside to get water while I put gas in the car. He came out and we were both laughing because we had seperately realized it was the same Shell station we had stopped at Friday night. Not on purpose AT ALL! Plus we both realized it because of different things. I realize no one else will find this funny or amusing but years from now I want to remember that shell station its very special 🙂
Got back to Dallas…crashed(in my bed)
Monday:
Ran 3 miles
Shopped, lunched and hung with Chad
He bought me my anniversary gift early so I can enjoy it on summer travels…MY KINDLE!
Stopped in at a Wine Bar
BBQ with Chads friends
Watched Dexter and cuddled…
The end. Exhausted but worth every single second!
