Its been chilly and rainy in Dallas this weekend and I have been loving it! Aside from the fact that it interfered with my plans to go to the State Fair 🙁
Onto it!
This Weeks Questions:
1. What do you miss most about being a kid? Probably just not stressing about anything. When you’re a kid your biggest worry is having desert, how long you can go ride your bike for and who your best friend is.
2. Did you have a nickname growing up? What was it? I have always had the same nicknames: Dad calls me baby or Allyson(my middle name) he never calls me Neely. Mom calls me princess. Friends and family always called me Neels or Neelykins. Check out that stylish toddler….
3. What was your favorite thing to do at recess? Swing. Or play tag. But the boys never tagged us because they sucked at life.
4. What did you want to be when you grew up? From age 6 to age 17 I wanted to be a film director. Seriously I was the original Dawson. Then senior year I decided journalist….I guess blogging for a job/social media is close right?
5. What was your favorite toy? I still have my glow baby she is very important to me. Other than that barbies and polly pockets! Also was a big Sega fan and loved my trampoline we had in the back yard.
6. What is the funniest thing you did as a kid that your parents still remind you about? Each year on my birthday my parents would say “Neely you cant be ____ years old today!” and I would say “Sorry mommy/daddy I can’t stop the birthdays” For some reason they think this is hysterical and every single year on my birthday they mention it. Here I am seen on my 3rd birthday opening presents…on our kitchen counter….at 11 PM
Next Weeks Questions:
Next week we are switching it up on you! There aren’t questions…WHA? Instead its an open ended kind of day all about Fall. Link up a recipe, your favorite fashion picks, trends, TV shows you love, movies you’re excited to see, decor you love from Pinterest etc. Basically if it is remotely related to fall its acceptable. This will probably be done every few months for each season so get excited!!!!

Oh, I forgot all about Polly Pockets! I LOVE all of the tiny thing of Polly’s worlds 🙂 Also – “biggest worry is having dessert” so true – I wish I only had those 3 things to worry about. Oh the simple life!
I was having such a great time thinking back to childhood, then I see the Clown from It, in your past posts. Shocked me back into reality, ha ha. Fun link-up topic. I’m a new follower and pretty excited about it.
I used to be recommended this blog by means of my cousin. I’m now not certain whether this submit is written through him as no one else recognise such special about my problem. You’re incredible! Thanks!
