Do yall remember the scene in 16 candles when Sam walks out of the church and Jake is there….

He’s so dreamy…

And then they go to his house and have birthday cake…and kiss and its perfect


I was at the gym yesterday and this song came on my pandora and I was instantly taken back to being 14 and watching this movie and wondering who my Jake Ryan was…

Still waiting Jake….

    That might be one of my favorite romantic movie scenes. I live right by the North Shore, where John Hughes filmed and set all his “Brat Pack” movies. Love driving by the Ferris Bueller house!
