12 days of Christmas BC: Day 3


Its time for Day 3 of Aly and Molly’s 12 days of Christmas blog challenge today’s topic is:

Most meaningful gift/best gift you’ve received

Well this one was super easy because it was last Christmas.

Chad and I had been arguing about opening gifts and he said will you just open one??

I said : Ok fine.

He said: Open this one

Handed me a big box

I unwrapped it and it was a Sam Adams beer box

I had a very confused face.

I opened it and there was tissue paper, candy canes and Christmas lights under all of that was a little blue box…from…TIFFANY’S!!!!

I looked at him with a “this better not be an engagement ring after dating for 5 months look”

I opened it and he was next to me. He took the box from me and said ” I love you”

It was the first time he said it to me and I said “I love you”

It was a beautiful bracelet that matched a necklace I already had from my grandparents and earrings I had from my dad. So it was fun to have the bracelet but the most meaningful part was him saying “I love you” Those 3 words were the best Christmas gift ever.

But here is a picture of the bracelet 🙂

I never take it off 🙂
