This weekend was full of celebrations!
On Friday night A and I went to dinner with my entire family to celebrate Mimi and Poppy(my grandparents) 60th anniversary! Yes 60 years…they are so amazing! I loved spending time with my family and getting to sit by my dad at dinner.
They are an amazing example plus seriously how cute are they?
60 years looks good 🙂
Saturday A and I spent the day apartment hunting(found 2 we love) and we saw The Internship ….hysterically funny and fun to see it with someone who worked at Google and could tell me what was real and fake 🙂
That night we made homemade pizza and just chilled…it was so nice to relax after such a busy day.
Earlier that day I also put the finishing touches the Fathers Day gift for my dad and the rest of the family 🙂 Details after Fathers Day!
Yesterday I took the preggo best friend out for a day of birthday fun! She turns 33 next week but will be out of town so I picked her up and made her wear a sleep mask as a blind fold as I drove her to fun different places. We had lunch at her fav restaurant, got manicures and pedicures, I took her to buy a fun maternity outfit at Pickles and Ice Cream this darling Maternity Boutique here in Dallas and then we went to Target to shop for little bean(nameless baby in her tummy).
A really great weekend with the people that are so important to me. Honestly I couldnt have asked for better blessings.
And Celebrate We Will 🙂
How was your weekend?

Sounds like a perfect weekend 🙂
So you liked the Internship? My husband is a IT guy and we saw the previews and I said I’m sure someone will see it before us so I could ask, and that’s you!
Your Mimi looks great. I can’t imagine that she’s old enough to have been married for 60 years!
What a celebration!! My grandparents were married 50 years and would have been married longer had my grandfather not passed away. It’s the same way with my parents.. they’ve been married happily for 37 years and counting– what’s crazy is that they only dated 3 months before getting married!! I was raised very old fashioned and all I’ve ever known is great marriages, etc. I hope to have that for myself and will strive towards that (luckily my fiance is the same way)! I want to see the Internship so bad!!
Have a great week!
We went to see The Intership too!! One of the first things I wanted to google was google employee reactions!
How precious are your grandparents! 60 yrs is amazing! The Internship looks hilarious- have to go see it soon!
Your grandparents are so adorable!!!
I can’t wait to see the Internship. Looks hilarious!
You look adorable in your glasses!
