So yeah I am sure this is the 4000th time you’ve heard about the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and while this Nordstrom Sale is the best one EVER. I mean I wait for it all year. It’s like my shopping Christmas. I juts wanted to share the things I picked up.
I went into this sale with the attitude of NO SUMMER CLOTHES! I wanted to get a couple of transitional pieces that could easily work from now through spring as well as some Fall/Winter specific items.
The first thing I got was a pair of dark brown Tory Burch Riding Boots. I have wanted a pair of brown ones for years! I bought my black ones in 2010 and they have been amazing since. So naturally brown ones needed to happen. I figured after 5 years it was time to splurge again. I KNEW they would have some sort of Tory Burch riding boots during the sale and they did not disappoint. I snagged these and they fit perfectly!
The next things I got I consider basics. I got this sweater in a burgundy color and a cream color and it will be perfect even now to take to chilly restaurants and movies or on planes!
I got this adorable top which I can wear now and in the fall with leggings or jeans and boots. I got it in 3 colors! Yeah clearly I’m going to have a sort of uniform this Fall.
I got two scarves which were both incredibly inexpensive! I got a camel colored one and a gray.
I also grabbed 2 pairs of my favorite thorlo running socks because they are NEVER on sale. If you need good workout socks these are it. I have about 5 pairs and they are the best.
I then got 2 bralettes not on sale but they are my favorites and I needed more.
Lastly I got a pair of PJ’s because when can you have too many pjs? The answer is never. Plus how cute are these? I love the macaroons!

Those boots are AMAZING!! I love a good pair of riding boots! They make me excited for Fall 🙂

No in my world I will never shop at Nordstrom! Just the thought of the prices gives my small budget fear.
Love those Tory Burch boots! Definitely a Fall/Winter staple!
Even with my small budget, I managed to find a few essentials at the #nsale. The bareMinerals basic eye color collection (3 shadows and 1 brush), the street level vegan leather pocket tote (in both black and cognac!), and the Deborah Lippman undressed nail polish set (6 awesome shades!).
