That Wedding Planning may kill me at some point…
I have missed Bar Method and Im so glad Im back at it
I need warmer weather badly! I want to throw on some shorts and a t-shirt and flip flops and hang out on the Katy Trail
I turn 30 in 5 weeks! How did that happen?
Im really loving where my new blog life is taking me and so thankful for the opportunities I have been given
I am investing in a big birthday gift to myself…stay tuned
That I have an addiction to buying cute mugs….A is going to start calling me a mug hoarder soon
That Im not sure what is right to do: use wedding gifts after we’ve mailed thank you notes or not till we are married….I get mixed answers…thoughts?
That Instagram is my favorite form of Social Media….oh I know its wrong to pick favorites….I cant help it
That I love Jimmy Fallon on the Tonights Show….this may be my fav thing so far
That I binge watch TV shows and watching one episode a week seems odd with normal shows…anyone else have this issue?

use the gifts! its silly to let them sit there for 9 months! And you two already live together Maybe save the gift cards til after when you are settled and see what else you need/want/lack, but use the toaster Neely, use it! And… birthday bash? yes/no? plans? Love you!
I felt weird using mine, i didn’t use them till the wedding. But who will know really??
Use the wedding gifts right away! Might as well! I want a birthday present to myself right now even though my birthday is in 4 months. Haha
Did you have an engagement party, and so they are more so engagement congrats gifts? If so, use them. I didn’t use anything until after the wedding and honestly, ha, a lot of them still haven’t been used just because we don’t have the counter space to leave it out to remind me to use them.
I also totally agree with the weather. This weekend is the big Mardi Gras weekend here in STL and rumor has it supposedly a snow storm is going to hit…again :/
I think as long as a thank you note has been sent, use away. You wouldn’t hold onto an early birthday gift would you?
I have trouble waiting a week to watch shows too. The Walking Dead is probably the only show I watch on it’s regular schedule and it drives me crazy to wait!

I was always told not until after the wedding, but i don’t think there’s a right or wrong! Haha. Instgram is my favorite, too! No worries. 😉 I’m excited to hear about the big birthday gift!!
I am 1000% over this weather. I need warmth. I need to feel the warm sun. I need summer! I mean I’ll even settle for like 50 degrees at this point.

I’m totally addicted to buying cute mugs too. Nate always complains when I bring a new one home because we have no more room in the cupboard for them. Oops!

Use the gifts! I think the gifters would want you to use them now, otherwise they would have hung onto them until your wedding day. Wedding planning won’t kill you…. hang in there! We’ll gripe about it soon. 🙂
I think you are SUPPOSED to wait until after the wedding. Etiquette says that if the wedding doesn’t happen, you return the gifts to the senders… but I don’t really think that applies to REAL couples, just the ones that have a weird shotgun-barely know each other-commitment issues-vegas wedding couples.
