Hi guys happy Sunday Social day!

This Weeks Questions:

1. Do you plan to change any of your eating habits in the new year? YES! I am getting married in 9 months so I am for sure going to be eating very healthy this year. Now granted I always eat healthy but I will be eating VERY VERY healthy this year!

2. Any workout tips to get us back in shape after the Holidays? I am a big believer in not jumping on crazy bandwagons. I love barre classes and running so thats what I do. I also love walks. A and I take a lot of walks together so even if I do a morning workout we may go for a 20 minute walk at night so sometimes adding something as simple as that to your day can help a lot.

3. What is your favorite thing you did over the Holidays? Got engaged 🙂

4. What is something you hope that you accomplish in 2014 that you did not in 2013? Finish my book!

5. Name 3 things happening this year you are excited about and why.
1. Getting MARRIED!
2. Going on our honeymoon
3. Going to a new blog conference that I’ve never attended before

    I agree that any extra walks or steps can make a difference. I have been such a strict dieter the past several months but I know that if I knocked off the toast for breakfast and massive amounts of peanut butter, I’d be in a much better, but sadder, place. 🙂
