I loved summer reading as a kid. Not necessarily the summer I had to read Grapes of Wrath but the little competitions you would do for prizes on how many books you read. I still kind of live for summer reading even though I read for fun all year. I love a good summer romance. Since so many of you will head out on vacations this summer and I get so many questions on what books to grab I wanted to share my 2024 summer reading list with you all! Some of these I have already read and the rest I hope to read!
2024 Summer Reading List
Summer Romance by Annabel Monaghan: I absolutely LOVE Annabel Monaghan’s books! They are always so smart and funny and full of love and heart. This one was no different. I got an ARC of it a few months ago and devoured it.
The Ex Vows by Jessica Joyce: When I tell you I begged Jessica Joyce for an advanced copy of this I mean I BEGGED her! I couldn’t wait to read Georgia and Eli’s story after a snipped of the book was at the end of You With A View and you guys will love this second chance romance that revolves around their mutual best friends wedding.
All My Love by Morgan Elizabeth: Morgan Elizabeth is one of my favorite spicy writers. Her books are always laugh out loud funny and full of spice and heart. This is the first book in her new series.
The Au Pair Affair by Tessa Bailey: Single dad romance? Tell me less. Tessa Bailey always writes laugh out loud funny books and the spice is amazing!
I love a good spicy book that I can just curl up and read. A lot of those like you said have some great humor that gives me a chuckle or two so I’ll have to check out some of these on your list!

This 2024 summer reading list looks so intriguing to me, and I will look into all of them. I haven’t read a romance in a while!
I want to read All My Love by Morgan Elizabeth! It sounds like it would be a great read and she’s a great author.

That’s a nice list. Totally different from mine, but good. Sometime soon, I’m going to start writing my own romance book.
