3 years ago today I got ready for a date. I put on some white shorts and a blue tank top.
I went to a friends softball game to ease my nerves and then met this guy at Main Event.
We went bowling where I would later discover he spent the better part of the night staring at my ass. We played arcade basketball where I schooled this 6’4″ guy in my mad skills.
We then ate some ice cream where I insisted I did not want any….but I ate almost all of his.
5 days later we went on date number 2…..3 days after that date number 3….
3 years later we have had our ups and downs and our good times and bad times. Thats what makes relationships stronger and no matter what happens in the future these 3 years have been the best.

This past weekend we celebrate our Anniversary by staying at the brand new Omni hotel in downtown Dallas. We checked in Saturday morning, had some yummy food truck lunch, spent the day at the pool having drinks and swimming. Then we napped, got ready and had dinner downstairs at Bobs Steak and Chop House.
After that we came back to the room, had some wine and chocolate covered strawberries, watched TV and went to sleep.
Chad also gifted me with an iPad!!!! Yes a brand new iPad! I die 🙂
I gave him a subscription to the beer of the month club(thanks Amber for unknowingly letting me steal your idea) 🙂 and a Jacket from lululemon.

We look so young and clearly Chad is not amused at the fact that I take so many pictures…If only he knew what was coming.
Since today is our actual anniversary this weekend we are laying low. I foresee a lot of couch time, wine, movies and yogurt dates. Perfection.

Ya’ll are too cute… I love that ya’ll do things like that for your anniversary. Mine was a couple months ago and we didnt do much because it was my last week of school. Lol maybe next year we can go all out!
