Β Well hey there pretty ladies! I’m Taylor from over at Make it Count! I’m a college student at the University of Kentucky (hence the picture..go cats!), and I use all my procrastination time blog writing and DO:
VOTE! I can not stress this enough! Your vote counts people. I’m such a poly sci nerd and I love encouraging people to vote, so this is of course my number one do! You get a fun little sticker too, who can pass that up!?
DO:
Pick a team and stick to it! Bet you didn’t think that’s what I was going to say from that picture did ya!? Nothing is more annoying than a bandwagon fan! Especially to me since I am a Packers fan (hello best team in the NFL) and a UK fan (hello best basketball program in the nation)! I have seen all my friends suddenly wearing blue on Saturdays and green and yellow on Sundays…beware I am not afraid to call you out! Don’t be a fair weather fan either…Pick a team and stick to it, for whatever reason! (I chose the Packers so many years ago because I like cheese, don’t judge)
DO:
Get whole milk and whipped cream every once in a while. While yes I do love my skinny vanillas, having that caramel brulee latte every once in a while is really oh so satisfying. It’s the little things that make like whole (no pun intended) π
DO:
Celebrate! Everything! You only live once, so why not go out with friends to celebrate an A on a test!? Oh, and birthdays, don’t even get me started. These are my obsession. You only turn that number ONCE so go big! I’m even for celebrating failures, they make you stronger in the long run anyways!
DO:
Carry an umbrella. Always. This is the most important thing I’ve learned in college. Sudden downpours happen. Enough said.
DON’T:
This took me .0002 seconds to think of….Don’t Use the F word (and no I’m not talking about feminism)! Ever. Simple as that. It’s not cute, classy, or becoming. No one appreciates hearing it. There are plenty of other words you can say to get your point across!
So, we’ve reached the end of my post (sad)! I had fun thinking of my do’s and don’ts while procrastinating from studying for finals, and I hope you had fun reading! Come stop by my stomping grounds, I’d love to have you! π
And thanks Neely for featuring me today! So much fun!

As soon as I read that you were a fellow Packers fan, I clicked on over to your blog to follow π I live in WI and bleed green and gold. Just bought my Packers stock yesterday with some of my Christmas money π I’ve found so many fellow GB fans through blogging and LOVE it!
Love this!
She is super cute. Can’t wait to read her blog!
I love your list, and I SO need a reminder to keep my words clean sometimes:) Thanks!
Totally agree– pick a team (for whatever reason) and stick with it! And lol– I really should cut the F-word out of my vocabulary too… It’s just so satisfying to say sometimes!! Haha
I completely agree about not being an bandwagon fan!! I am a Mets and Jets fan so sometimes its hard going, but I wouldn’t trade my green & white or blue & orange for anything!
Awww, she is adorable! I love that she said celebrate everything!! SO SO true!! Life is short!
I really liked this post Taylor & Neely!!! π I agree on everything you said! Definitely going to check your blog out sometime SOON!
Loving this π
Stopping on over to visit her blog!
Have a great week Neely!
Breanna xx
Love! I totally agree on the bandwagon fans. Crazy people! Gonna go check out her lovely blog now! π
She’s so fun! Man, I wonder if I would have graduated if I knew about blogs in college!
Just had a caramel brulee latte last night- very satisfying. And love your don’t agree whole-heartedly.
I looove this series. Have I told you that yet? π
Wooooo packer fan right here too girly!! I’ll head on over to follow! This was a great post!
Loved your post, Taylor! I think you have a new follower in me π
I loved your post, Taylor! I think you found a new loyal follower in me!!
These are great do’s and don’ts. I love that she says not to use the F word and not to be a bandwagon fan. I’m an Alabama fan and have been since forever—even when we almost lost to Duke a few years ago. Oh my that was ugly.
Love that list.. but I admit to being guilty of not always using the most ladylike of words. Oops! We all have to have a flaw, right?
TOTALLY agree with you on the f word. So classless!! Loved your list!!
Awesome post Taylor!! Can’t wait to check out her blog!
Being a die hard UK fan, I immediately clicked over to fOllow your blog, Taylor. π
Oh no! The F word is my favorite word…when the kids aren’t around of course!
