Hey people! It’s been a fun weekend and I’m sad to see it go but I love starting the week off right.
Today my mom and I are trying out a new Pure Barre studio and I have a few meetings with clients. I have to be out of our place while our carpets get cleaned so it worked out well.
Anyways back to my weekend happenings:
1. I got a major haircut! Yes apparently this is what a lot of girl do post wedding. I got 5 inches cut off! I have not gotten a drastic haircut in over 3 years so it was time.

2. We did some wedding gift exchanging, fulfilling: You know during wedding planning you register for some things and either don’t get much of the set or you decide other things are more of a priority. We got our new vacuum, the rest of our everyday silverware and some gift cards for other exchanges while we decide what we want. I’m pretty pumped about the vacuum. Yes I love cleaning.
3. I got a new computer: Yep my 6 plus year old white macbook is done. I got a macbook pro and I love it! It is a ton faster and lighter and all around better.
4. We went to the Cowboys game: Cowboys did not win but that’s OK we had a blast. Thanks to Verizon Wireless for the tickets and awesome tailgate! We loved the pre game with the awesome DJ and amazing BBQ as well as a few beers and good company! The game while not the best because Tony Romo was hurt was still a blast to watch at the Cowboys Stadium. It was also Andrews first Cowboys game!
Other than that we watched some scary movies Friday night, got woken up by a fire alarm(false alarm) Saturday morning which of course meant walking across the street to Starbucks for the first red cups of the season. Lots of laundry, lots of football and lots of fun!
I loved this weekend! Glad to be able to remember it by writing about it all here.
I love your hair short! I always said I wouldn’t be one of the girls to chop their hair after their wedding, but I totally did! I cut it to about the same length as yours, let it grow out for a couple years, then recently cut it to this length again. It’s such a flattering hair style for everyone in my opinion!

The haircut is sooooo nice! And my husband, the Cowboys fan, would love your other outing! We took my son to a diner on Halloween, and he was dressed like Nick Fury. Hilarity. And I got together with 3 friends this weekend, so it was a great time. And I sang at church. Thanks for sharing!
Looks like you had such a fun weekend! I can’t believe Starbucks has the red cups out already! As much as I love the red cups because it means the holidays are right around the corner, I am not ready to be giving up on my PSLs and all things pumpkin just yet!
Love the haircut! I’m 82 days away from my wedding and already dreaming of cutting back into a bob that I haven’t had for a few years. I’m so excited about the red cups. My fiance has no idea what the big deal is. Boys.
I love the red cups, however I am not ready to give up the fall quite yet, the day after Thanksgiving I’ll be ready for Red Cups and everything Christmas! I’m actually excited for Christmas this year! Glad you had such a fun weekend!
The hair is adorbs!!! My hubby and I LOVED everything about our BBB wedding registry, from scanning it in to the system to exchanging stuff and spending giftcards. It’s my guilty pleasure store…can never have enough kitchen gadgets!
