15 in 2015

15in2015

So with the year ending and a new one beginning in just mere weeks. I decided I wanted to share my 15 in 2015 or 15 things I want to accomplish in 2015.

15 in 2015:

1. Buy a house with Andrew: We have been house hunting and hopefully by mid 2015 we will be home owners yay!!

2. Get a new car: I am in the market for a new “family friendly” car for well…you know …when we have some babies!

3. On that note…lets make 2015 the year we start a family!

4. Learn how to use Andrews grill: That would be nice although then he may make me cook.

5. Organize all seasonal decor into seasonal bins. This has been on my to do list FOR EV ERRRR

6. Start a book club: Actually this is pretty much set to begin in January but I’m putting it on the list anyways.

7. Volunteer more.

8. Go back to Pure Barre at least 4 times a week. I’ve been going more but I want to make it a more regular part of my schedule.

9. Finish my book. So close guys so close.

10. Knock out 25 things at least on my 101 in 1001 list.

11. Learn 10 new recipes to add to our meal rotation: we have been branching out more but I’d like to add even more meals to our weekly dinners.

12. Take at least 2 vacations. We have one planned so hopefully we can plan another.

13. Go on a fun girls trip with Ashley, Ally and Michele…either LA or Chicago

14. Do more vlogs. I need to vlog. I am not great just sitting in front of the camera talking so I kind of want to do “day in the life” vlogs. Thoughts?

15. Help someone make their blog more successful….if you are in the market let me know! I would love to help!

What are some things you want to do in 2015?

This is a great list! We are hoping to sell our current home and buy a new one this year as well, and we are welcoming our 2nd child in May, so 2015 is a great year for starting a family! 🙂

  6. Great list, I just posted my own yesterday! I thought about putting babies on there but didn’t want people to start getting too excited about that idea haha. Also, I can definitely volunteer to help you with number 15 ;).

so excited for our book club!!!! Also, so excited for the blog class (even though i’m awful and won’t be able to do it until Feb) – Also, so excited for you to blog about your house, decorating and future kids! I hate the mommy blogs that make everything look perfect! When I’m a mom I will have a glass or two of wine during nap time! holla!

Oh girl we could’a been cousins or neighbors in a past life! You probably would of said “I can’t take her anywhere”. We have darn near same 15! We actually close on our first home on the 30th, if you have a good realtor it should go smoothly. It is a much faster process than anticipated! That being said the grill is at the top of my list…and maybe the second child… -but- I want 6 months in a decorated home to host dinners and drink party liquor before I go through 9 months of THAT again haha! Currently I’m stuck in the middle of Mary Roach’s GULP, she is a crazy funny science novelist. I would completely recommend Bonk or Stiff if you are looking for something wild. So entertaining, and absolutely fascinating.

  15. I want to try to do vlogs too. I did one in 2014 and it just looked so crappy (technical wise) that I didn’t attempt again. But, in 2015 I WILL attempt again. 🙂
