Lemon Lime Basil Prosecco Spritzer Recipe

Tracking Pixel
I really love having a good go to summer cocktail that’s easy and fun! A few months ago Andrew planted a vegetable garden in our backyard and we have been enjoying a LOT of fresh basil, so I knew I wanted to somehow incorporate this. I am working with Mionetto Prosecco on this post to share a bit about them and a fun recipe! Upon trying Mionetto Prosecco I knew I had to do a spritzer. I personally love spritzers because they are on the easier side and I usually have all the ingredients on hand. This lemon lime basil prosecco spritzer recipe is so yummy and really the best drink recipe to have on hand this summer! If you like a sophisticated and timeless prosecco, Mionetto Prosecco is the perfect sparkling wine for the spring and summer months! It is an internationally recognized leader in fine sparkling wines from Northeast Italy, since 1887!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bottle of Mionetto Prosecco
  • 1 can of lemon lime soda
  • A few basil leaves
  • Glass of choice

Prosecco-1

Prosecco-2

  1. First pour the Mionetto Prosecco into the glass about 2/3 of the way
  2. The rest of the way fill with lemon lime soda of choice
  3. Then top off with fresh basil leaves and enjoy!

Easy peasy!

Prosecco-3

Prosecco-4

I highly recommend this drink and recommend Mionetto Prosecco! I honestly am not a huge Prosecco fan, and both my husband and I really liked this a lot. It’s very appealing to the taste buds and this spritzer really screams summer to me!

This Lemon Lime Basil Prosecco Spritzer Recipe is perfect for springtime/summertime entertaining. You should make a fun and refreshing Mionetto Prosecco cocktail for your friends too!

What is your go to cocktail for the spring and summer months?

Looks delicious! I love Prosecco cocktails. One of my current favourites is just Prosecco with a splash of St. Germain and a lemon twist.
