A sad sad day….Tribute

When I was 6 my mom and I watched the original Father of the Bride with Elizabeth Taylor

From that day on I was in awe of her.

She is the most beautiful, most generous, most stylish, most legendary woman

Whenever people ask me what Celebrity I would love to meet its always her.

When my mom told me that she died today I honestly started crying

I know that seems extreme since I dont know her but I grew up loving her movies

And loving her

When I was 19 I read her book, “My Love Affair with Jewelry”

It chronicles her life and her amazing jewelry collection.

I am so very very sad that she is gone and the world is a little less bright without her in it.

RIP Elizabeth Taylor you will be missed not only by me but by the world.

She was a beautiful talented woman. An era has come to an end. I grew up with her myself. She was my mothers favorite actress. i remember going to grandmas and my mothers things from when she was little was Elizabeth Taylor coloring books and paper dolls. I was only allowed to look at the color book. But when I was older I could play with the paper dolls. She was a woman that lived her life large and the world was her stage. such elgance.. She will be missed.
