This weekend involved a lot of hanging out with bloggers or having #blates AKA blogger dates.
First Saturday Amber and I went to meet Lynn for lunch at McAllisters and then did a little read lot of retail therapy at the Grand Prairie Outlet Mall. There was a funny moment at Kate Spade that you just had to be there for and a lot of laughing.
Lynn and I have been planning to meet up for over a year and something always came up so it was so fun to meet her FINALLY. She is so sweet, fun and just such a genuine girl. I know there will be many more hang outs and I cant wait.
This was also planned around a DFW Blogger event for a Pure Barre class at Pure Barre Ft. Worth! That was SOOOOOO MUCH FUN! Not only was it Pure Barre which I love but it was Pure Barre with bloggers! Ummm Yes please combine two of my favorite things to make for a most fun activity.

That night A and I had dinner with my mom at Neighborhood Services which is SOOOO GOOD!

The next day(Sunday) was #blate two Amber and I made plans to meet up with Amy who I adore and I have been bloggy friends with for the longest time! I just love Amy. She is so upbeat, cute, sweet and I just love her drive in working out. I love that she took a huge plunge to change careers and follow her dreams. Follow her blog she is very inspirational!
I only got to stay for a few minutes because A and I had plans to buy our furniture and see a movie.
We went and saw this…and it was one of the best movies I’ve seen in years…
Then we legit bought all the new furniture we needed for our new Townhouse ….ahhhh having money was fun 😉
Also A surprised me with something really sweet. If you follow me on instagram the surprise is there. No ring hahaha.

Holy Smokestacks, let me just say that I loved meeting you {FINALLY} and I’m so sorry my baby-belly is pushed into your back in our photo!!!!!!!! Seriously, though, this weekend was pretty fantastic and you ladies are dolls. I really enjoyed meeting all of you and spending time at The Barre. I can’t wait to see the shots from the photographer.
p.s. When I got home, I told Husband I had *Buns of Steel* from just one Pure Barre session. He grabbed my butt and said, “Nope, you lie!” What a tease. Instead of buns of steel, I have buns of soreness. I need a couple days’ rest to recover, but off to the gym for water aerobics I go. LOL
If any of the blog people I associate were closer, I’d love to go on blates. Its always fun to add people to your circles 🙂

I had no idea blates existed, but I think it is an amazing idea! Sounds like you had a blast. I need to check out Pure Barre too now that I see a comment that it can be done pregnant!
