What do you do for JUST you everyday? For me it’s taking a walk. I try to take one every single day no matter what. Not always alone: sometimes with my kids, a friend, my husband. But for me getting out in the sunshine completely sets my entire day up for success. It truly enhances my mood and motivation. What about you?
