FINALLY

And just like that over the weekend everything changed

We woke up Saturday morning to a bright sunny day with cool crisp high 50 degree temps and I almost thought I was dreaming….

 

Fall FINALLY hit! In Texas this is a big deal. Now mind you any day it could turn on me, it could be 90 degrees again. It could disappear. But at least this weekend I got to sit on the couch and have the doors open and enjoy the breeze. Throw on a sweatshirt and leggings and sip my coffee and not feel silly by wanting hot chocolate.

I love Fall especially after 3 months of 100 plus degree temps down here in the South. Its time for my favorite time of year, the cool cold frosty, leggings, boots, scarves, cuddle up by the fire time of year.

 

I love this time.

Finally its Fall.

    Fall made an appearance here a couple of weeks ago then disappeared again until this week. Last night it dropped into the 40s. I actually had to turn on the heat for a little bit to warm the house up. I love this time of year as well.. I am ready for fire pits and sweaters..

    Awesome weekend and was beyond thrilled when I walked outside with my dog to feel no humidity! GASP that was fabulous. Lots of times was spent outdoors yesterday and I soaked up as much Vitamin D as possible. Loving this fall weather in TX!
