A and I are going to Chicago for July 4th weekend and I could not be more excited! He has never been and its my favorite city where I ALMOST moved until we met of course so I cant wait to go back and have some Chicago style fun.

Oh Neely, I love Chicago too!!!!! Have fun, it’s such a great city. While you’re near the Navy Pier, and if you have time, stop by MY FAVORITE PLACE: The Shedd Aquarium. Plus, you can’t beat the view across The Lake either! Speaking of views of the lake, a dinner cruise is another wonderful option. I had a fabulous time and the views of the city were incredible, especially at sunset. Enjoy your trip! Safe travels! Tell Chicago I said hello, I miss her! =)

You are going to have the best time in Chi-town! Hopefully the weather cooperates for you. I’m obsessed with Molly’s Cupcakes, they’re actually right down the street from where I live. I’d recommend checking out the list of street fests for the time you’re in town and maybe stop by one for some music… they’re my favorite part about summer in Chicago.
You should really check out some festivals too! We always have awesome fests going on. Also the Field Museum is a must see 🙂

Love Chicago! I moved there on a whim when I was young & reckless haha But I am an LA girl for life lol Anyway the taste & fireworks were my favorite experiences there! Oh and outside concerts & cubs games 🙂 Have fun girly.
