So I have what some may call complicated hair. Backtrack a bit: When I was little my hair was very blonde, very long, very wavy and kind of a hot mess.
The day after 6th grade ended I chopped it from my waste to my chin and right now is the longest it’s been since.
I use a LOT of products on my hair and its one area I majorly splurge so I thought I would share my hair product favorites with you
1. Aveda Smooth Infusion: I put this on my hair wet and it really helps take the frizz out when its dry . I also have the shampoo which I love! If you are like me and are prone to a little frizz and some waves this helps makes the straight last a lot longer. I also add a dab once its dry and straight to sleek it out a bit.
2. Bumble and Bumble Straight Blow Dry: This is a true hair gift from the gods. I was amazed at how much softer and straighter my hair got when I used this for the first time. This is another one I put in wet.
3. Aveda damage remedy leave in: This is one to put in wet and its great. If you dry and straighten or curl your hair often this helps makes split ends happen less and really makes a hair cut look good longer. It takes a lot of the damage away.
4. Its a 10 leave in: This is the one I have been using the longest. I love that it is great for people who flat iron a lot. I spray this in first then put the above 3 in after. Yep 4 hair products before I even blow dry!
5. Miss Jessies Pillow Soft Curls: I spoken about this before and I love this stuff! When I want my hair to be curly not wavy or frizzy but curly I go for this. I saw people posting about it on Instagram and ran to target to get it. You put a cap full in on wet hair and scrunch! Very simple. Its great for me because there are a lot of days I just want to not dry and straighten my hair and this is the solution! Try it!
What are your hair product favorites?

Thanks for the tips! I really want to try the Aveda Damage Remedy, I think my hair would benefit for sure.
Oh my gosh thank you so much! Can’t wait to try the pillow soft curls.
Love Aveda products! I use the damage remedy spray which I swear by. I’m also a huge fan of leave in conditioner since I tend to be really rough when I brush my hair and hate brushing through tangles.

I’m going to have to go get the soft curls for my daughter. She has naturally curly hair and she hates it – because she doesn’t ever have a good product to use in it! Thanks for the suggestion!
I have fine, board straight hair. I no longer use a lot of products, just Aussie Moist shampoo and Treseme mousse & fine mist spray. Works for me.
i love it’s a 10 so much!!!! i do hate that it’s so expensive though… it’s totally worth it!
I am a total hair product hoarder. Currently I am loving Lanza Magic Bullet, to protect my color, and IT Factor quick blow dry and smoothing lotion. I rely on these 2 for everything.
My hair was the same way when I was little! Bright blonde spiral/wavy curls until I was 12 or so… then it started straightening out some and turned brown… what???
I love Aveda products! Thanks for the other suggestions, too!
I seriously want to try each product you mentioned! They all sound like exactly what I need. Thanks for sharing!
Miss Jessies is definitely a winner. I’ve heard great things about Aveda products.
