How To: The 25 Books Of Christmas

Years ago I was reading one of my favorite blogs and she mentioned that she was doing the 25 books of Christmas with her kiddos. I have always loved the idea and when we had Liam I started planning it! See the idea of buying 25 books at once is kind of daunting. So I planned. I found all 25 books we wanted to use and added them to my Amazon cart, then over the period of a month purchased them. I will say you can buy them all at once as well, this is just what we did. The good thing is Liam will be 10 months at Christmas and I feel like these books can last us at least 3-4 years. We may sub in a few each year, but then after Christmas we can pack them away with the rest of our holiday decor and pull them out again next year. We bought Liam a big Santa Bag from Pottery Barn Kids last year after Christmas and plan to put the books in the bag and pull one out each night. Next year we will let him pick!

I always LOVED reading Christmas books growing up! My aunt and uncle wrote a book for their nieces and nephews and bringing in some of our Swedish ancestry that was a Christmas countdown. We read one chapter every night leading up to Christmas. It was my absolute favorite thing growing up!
