New Makeup Loves

So like any girl I’ve been trying out some new makeup lately and I wanted to share my new makeup loves with you all. Especially with the holidays coming up maybe there are some things you can add to your wish list!

New Makeup

1. Benefit Fakeup:OK so I love benefit I really do. Any and all products I try come into my full rotation and this is no different. What I love about this is not only does it blend well with my foundation and primer but it stays on longer than any other under eye makeup I have tried. I highly suggest getting some.

2. Marc Jacobs lip gloss: I mentioned this the other day but as a self proclaimed lip gloss hoarder I have to tell you how much this is amazing. I have been using it daily almost to the point where I think I have an actual addiction to it. I got mine at Sephora and while the price is not cheap it’s worth it.

3. Urban Decay Setting Spray: I’ve never used a setting spray before and I love it. I love that it doesn’t make my face feel gross but my makeup stays on longer and looks more fresh.

4. Tarte Cheek Stains: OK so this isn’t exactly NEW I used this a long time ago and kind of rediscovered it during Sephoras friends and family sales. I love the flush of color you get on your cheeks. Pun intended. The tube lasts a long time and if you put it on your top of your hand and use a stippling brush it stays on great.

5. Maybelline Rocket: OK so I love drugstore makeup. I have been known to spend several hours in the Target makeup aisle and I am always partial to the Maybelline mascaras. This one is so fantastic. It reminds me a lot of Benefit They’re Real in the quality and result. Great dupe!

6. Butter London Liquid Liner: Butter London sent me this liner a while back and I love using it. It stays on great and goes on smooth. What more could a girl want in a liner?

What is a makeup you are loving right now? Anything new?

I’ve never used UD’s setting spray but I’ve heard good things about it. I love ELF’s. It’s $3 and does a great job at keeping my make-up on all day.

  10. I really love Urban Decay as a company and buy their vegan products at Sephora (I avoid carmine as much as I can – in so many other company’s products- yuck!). They do such good for women’s rights and no animal testing. Their spray is awesome, good choice!

  12. This is my first time visiting. I love that you review make-up. There is so much on the market now that it can be a little overwhelming, especially when you go to places like Ulta. I use a lot of Tarte products.

  29. I’m with ya girlfriend – I LOVE drugstore makeup! I still can’t decide, though, whether I’m on team Maybelline or team Covergirl for mascara. But, I just bought a Revlon one, so maybe that’ll take the cake! Also, setting spray is lifechanging for us oily skin girls. No more melty face!

  38. I may look into the seating spray. My skin is pretty oily therefore my foundation tends to run. Imagine the look of that about 9 am. 🙁 Hopefully this will set as well as offer a matte finish.

This post is so timely! Just last October, a Benefit store opened near my house and I’m slowly starting to appreciate their products. I need a new foundation and I might just get the Fake Up. Although the sales lady was trying to sell me the other one ( forgot what it’s called ) but it’s like a concealer and foundation in one. I am also eying the Tarte Cheek Stain. It looks so convenient. I just dunno where to find it here in my country. We may not have it yet.
