So one day I had this thought

What would happen if blogging didn’t exist?

How would my life be different?

Lets see the things that would have never happened…

I wouldn’t know what Erin Codren is…

I wouldn’t know what a pin was.. OK that I would have figured out…

I wouldn’t know about etsy….

Or html…

I wouldn’t have as many pretty things in my closet

I wouldn’t have mid day text chats with some of the best people I know…

I don’t think I would have seen one episode of Revenge….

I probably wouldn’t care about twitter…

Or have random twitter conversations about how much we hate the way Gilmore Girls ended…

I wouldn’t feel as vulnerable 99% of the time…

I wouldn’t have the kind of support I have…

But mostly I wouldn’t know all of you….

That would kind of suck.

What would your life be like without blogging?

  1. Incredibly lonely.
The only thing that got me through my first year in this tiny town was the blog world.

and OMG yes, the end of Gilmore Girls was awful, the entire last season just felt SO rushed. Makes me so angry.

  4. Life would be super boring! I am not sure what I would do with all that free time … well I guess my house would be cleaner. I always think about that day when I hang up my blogging hat and it makes me sad. I agree with you, there are so many blessings in the blogging world.

I obviously would be able to finish a meal without saying “crap I forgot to take a picture” after I ate it…

LOL! Erin!! That is so true! Um…..I think my life would absolutely be the same. I think blogging helps me remember to capture the image…the moment & write down what it meant to me. I like sharing a little bit of my life with others. If there were no blogging, I could take my phone out w/o my daughter saying, “CHEESE”!

I wouldn’t have a Molly or a Rachel or a Neely or a Meghan or a Blissdom. My house would be cleaner. Twitter would be something I made fun of. My friends wouldn’t live in my computer. My kids wouldn’t ask, “Are you going to blog that?” whenever I take notes of our conversations or sneak a candid picture.

    Life would be super boring.

I wouldn’t have an outlet for my craziness. I would not realize that woman are faced with the same issues in their life that I am. I would not be surrounding by amazing woman who are strong, vulnerable, funny and real. I wouldn’t have a means to waste hours at work following blogs. Life would be boring.

I wouldn’t have a place to vent, I feel better after I write something out. I wouldn’t have a lot of places to explore and I wouldn’t have “met” so many awesome people!

I think my life would still be good, but I wouldn’t have that push and drive that you girls give me. Blogging takes me out of my comfort zone and I have you girls to thank for that.
