My hair has always been a big concern. Mainly because it is super thick, naturally wavy and can be an issue for product build up. I wanted to share my three tips for healthier hair with you because as women we can ALL have issues with our hair from time to time.
1. Switch it up! If you are using the same products all the time your hair can start to suffer. I know mine does. Towards the beginning of summer I started to notice my hair was not cooperating as well so I introduced a new shampoo and conditioner into the mix. The CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™ shampoo and conditioner was a godsend. It smells AHHHH MAZING and it made my hair feel silky smooth! The first time I used the shampoo and conditioner was on our trip to Austin earlier this summer. I noticed right away that even with the humidity my hair still felt amazing.
2. Skip a day: You do not HAVE to wash your hair everyday. If I don’t workout, get sweaty or do something that warrants washing my hair I try to skip a day in between washes. Once I started doing that I noticed a huge difference in the before and after of my hair.
above: my hair is being difficult and after several days in a row of washing I finally just throw it in a pony tail.
Finally after starting to skip days in between my hair becomes a lot healthier, this is also a few days after I started using CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™ shampoo and conditioner. I can’t even tell you how good my hair feels!
3. Brush it out: It seems silly but sometimes your hair just needs to be brushed well. Even if it isn’t tangled I have found brushing my hair through for a few minutes before bed makes it feel a lot healthier. I also use a wet brush after the shower which helps. The more you pay attention to the brushing the healthier your hair will be!
The major turning point for me though was for sure adding CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™ shampoo and conditioner into my routine. It has been life changing for my hair. CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™ Intense Hydration Nourishing Shampoo and Nourishing Daily Conditioner has UNREAL beneifts like being infused with cactus extract which is a known hydrator. It is also formulated with Nutriam 10 and vitamins B5, C & E as well as sunflower, almond, soybean and coconut oils. For hair that needed some TLC these were great added benefits.
If you are looking to mix up your hair routine I suggest implementing my three tips for healthier hair and seeing if the change helps you! For sure try out the CLEAR SCALP & HAIR™ products. You will not be disappointed!

Well, it’s early in the morning, and I now I want Bahama Bucks for breakfast. I blame you. 😉 I actually saw this product in the store a few days ago and wondered if people like it. Thanks for the review!
Your hair looks great! I am always up for trying a new shampoo, especially if I have been using the same brand for awhile. Thanks for sharing! <3 Christine, The Choosy Mommy, http://www.choosykids.blogspot.com
Girl, you don’t know what thick hair is!! I probably have triple the amount of hair that you do. I’ve gotten a sample of this shampoo before. I need to use it and see how it works for me. Thanks for the review. Stacie xo
My hairdresser actually told me that I could go three or four days without washing. I was surprised.
i try not to dry my hair with a blow dryer, to keep it healthy. also, I LOVE bahama bucks!

it sure looks like the shampoo did a great job of taming your hair – it doesn’t
appear thick at all, amazing!
Are you sure about brushing being good for your hair? Evidence supports that the less you agitate your hair in any way the healthier it will be and special care is essential when brushing wet hair to avoid damage.
I’ve been trying to train my hair to go longer in between shampoos
