Treat Yoself

I have talked many times on this blog about how treating yourself is important. This can be anything from an alone date to the movies, getting a manicure, or even just enjoying some time alone reading with a glass of wine or coffee. With RIDICULOUSLY hot weather one of my favorite ways to treat myself is with a yummy dessert after dinner. Lately I have been gravitating towards TCBY frozen yogurt. Andrew and I are both huge dessert people and if he had his way we would just eat ice cream and yogurt for every meal. Of course we got vanilla because why not? It’s so creamy and delicious!

We love to sit down after dinner and catch each other up on our days and it is always even more enjoyable with some yummy yogurt!

Bonus: add some granola and fresh fruit for an even better experience!

There are actually 8 delicious new flavors of TCBY frozen yogurt– all have a creamy, indulgent taste with half the fat of ice cream. Each carton has 7 probiotic cultures with 3-4 grams of protein. TCBY frozen yogurt tastes like ice cream, but has all the health benefits of frozen yogurt. So really how could you go wrong?

We have a TCBY in Dallas but it’s super far from our house so this is the next best thing. I actually want to snag the Mint Chocolate Chip next!

So would you like to have some TCBY treats in your life?

Leave a comment on this post telling me which flavor of TCBY frozen yogurt you are most excited to try and you could win free TCBY products for 3 months! Coupons delivered right to your door!

I have not had TCBY since I was a little girl but I definitely love frozen yogurt. So I need to check this out. My favorite creamy treat at present though is Talenti’s Gelato.

I would love to try the caramel or the chocolate, but they all contain wheat 🙁 I hope there’s a flavor offered that’s gluten free.

I had absolutely no idea you could get TCBY in containers at the grocery store. Not that I’ve had any of it in ages- I’m usually more of a go to ice cream gal, but frozen yogurt is pretty close in flavor if you ask me…
While usually I’m more of a vanilla gal, I am intrigued by the Sea Salt Caramel Swirl & Extreme Cookies n Cream seems like a pretty safe no fail win in my book. I’ll have to keep my eye out for a flavor or 2 next time I’m in the freezer section looking for a frozen dessert product to take home for later.
