We are almost done with the blog hop :(. I hope you have had as much fun as we have this week! Today’s topic is decor, and while I have already shared a few of our ornament pictures I would love to share our mantle with you. It’s our first year to have a true mantle to decorate. This was such a big deal for me. In our apartment we had a really tiny mantle and we could hang our stockings on it but that was about it. So this year I was able to really decorate it how I wanted. I know that sounds silly but I was pretty pumped! The broom in the far left was my moms. She’s had it since I was little, maybe even since before I was born. She gave it to me to use in our house and it means so much to me. Our stockings are from Pottery Barn, and honestly they have the best stockings ever! The small tree on the left is from Michaels. It was on major sale a few weeks ago and I snagged the last one. The lanterns we bought at Sams several months ago.
Make sure to link up your decor below! Tomorrow is the last day and the topic is whatever holiday topic you want! You can link up any kind of holiday post!
What a gorgeous mantle. I just love how simple and elegant it is.
Lovely mantle! I really like the elegant look you gave it!
What a fun way to display mantle decorations! I started decorating for the holidays after Thanksgiving and plan to add more so you’re definitely inspiring me! 🙂
Such great decorations! I need to get cracking on mine!
That is so so so pretty. We did our tree last night, and are waiting for the Christmas cards to flood in because we also decorate with those.
I just love what you did with your mantle! It looks super gorgeous and I just love how you used vintage family pieces!
I love those little teal trees!!
Love your decs. I can’t put things like that on mine as the heat from the fires would probably be too much for them!
Love it! Our mantle is very random, I should really try to do something more put together at some point.
Love the mantle and the broom! One requirement in our next house is having a fireplace with a beautiful mantle. I loved when my mom would decorate our mantles at Christmas time and miss having that!
I LOVE your mantle! What a beautiful addition to your home, and I love the way you’ve decorated it!
Oh wow, your mantle is gorgeous! #fireplaceenvy 😉 And where’d you get the little tree at the bottom?

I love Pottery Barn’s decor – always beautiful!
Oh, your mantle is beautiful! I long for a mantle to adorn with stockings, garland, and pretty festive candles! So lovely!
Very pretty!
So pretty!
I can’t wait to have a mantle to decorate some day.
xoxo, Jenny
I love this mantle display! I need to decorate mine this year!
Your mantle looks so cute!
Such a beautiful mantle!
I absolutely LOVE mantles. And I never had one. Last Christmas I received one as a gift – can you say best ever? I will share my décor on Monday on my blog, but I think it looks pretty nice 🙂
Your mantel looks lovely and I love how you incorporate pieces that are old and new.
Beautiful mantle! I have always wanted one, mainly just to decorate every season!!!
I love the mantel! Beautiful wedding image!
It looks really beautiful. I can’t wait until I’m able to put out all of our decorations…in about 5 years when the twins are older 😉
It looks absolutely lovely!! Makes me wish we had a mantle!
We don’t have a mantle or a fire place, but I am thinking of putting our stockings on the sliding door to the deck with some suction cup hooks.
Beautiful! I really love the bottle brush trees!
