You guys, fall is here. FINALLY, even the weather is cooperating! Everywhere you look, you see fall décor, pumpkins, turkeys, farmers’ markets, etc. Because I am so excited for fall, I wanted to share a few things that make me feel excited for fall because something about this time of year feels like a constant celebration with the smell in the air and all of the upcoming holidays.
Why I’m Excited For Fall
The Arboretum: Last year, we did our holiday photos at the Arboretum in Dallas on our wedding anniversary. They have pumpkins everywhere, and it’s really a sight to see. We love going there in the fall and exploring. It’s such a fun time. Plus if the weather is nice it’s really the perfect place to be.
Lattes: I drink lattes all year round, but something about the cool, crisp fall weather just makes that latte taste better! Am I right, friends? Well, now you can make those delicious lattes at home! Starbucks has introduced Caffé Latte K-Cup® pods. Music to this girl’s ears! They come in mocha, caramel, pumpkin spice, or vanilla, and, y’all, they are FANTASTIC! They are easy to make and taste so good! You can make a latte at home and enjoy it there or take it with you in the car on the way to work, etc. It’s really enjoyable to sip on a latte at home while getting excited for all of the celebrations to come. It’s almost like a daily celebration this time of year!
Football: Nothing says fall quite like football. Our weekends are spent watching college football, professional football, and going to games when we can, not to mention the fun of high school football in our suburb. Our little town closes down on Friday nights and everyone goes to games. It’s super fun!
Pumpkins: I love to decorate our house inside and out with pumpkins. What can I say? I love them. To me, the best décor all year round is fall décor and pumpkin everything. Last year, we did a huge pumpkin-scape on our front porch, and it was a blast. I also bought pretty much every pumpkin indoor décor I could find! I plan on keeping the pumpkins up a little while longer because Thanksgiving is next week!
The Clothes: I love fall clothes. Being pregnant this year has been super fun because I already love the layers, and the fact that I have a cute little bump to dress in fall clothes doesn’t hurt! Scarves, boots, sweaters, oh my. I just love it!

I’ll have to try the Starbucks K-cups the vanilla latte one looks so good, but my husband would love the pumpkin. These are actually great presents to go to family along with a starbucks gift card. I think I just may do that this year (: Thanks for the idea hehe
Fall is by far my favorite season. I love the crisp air, the changing colors, the clothes I can finally wear like a cardigan or booties. I love TV shows during fall, a warm cup of tea and a nice cup of coffee. Definitely a Starbucks fan!
My fave season is the summer. But I do like the fall because I love to get dressed up for Halloween but I also love putting up my Xmas tree and presents.
Yes! I agree with all this. I love this time of year because I love all the family time and closeness. I also love wearing my favorite ripped jeans and sweaters with boots and scarves and all the coffee and lattes. These look so delicious, I’ll have to grab some next time i’m at the store.
I also love Fall, although it falls at a different time of the year in our country. The atmosphere is the same everywhere. I have fond childhood memories of my mom’s harvested pumpkins. We always looked forward to the things she planted in her garden.
So many things to be excited for about the season! I love going to the local arboretum in the fall. They have a display of chrysanthemum stones (google them – they are amazing) that I love to see every year!
I’m excited to live in a state that actually HAS a real fall! That crispness in the air is unlike anything I’ve felt before! I love my Starbucks K-cups (though I use the Blonde Roast kind!)
Ah Fall–I love the trees with their colorful leaves. I love when they start falling and I can walk through them. I love the crisp, clean air. And I love Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha!! It really hits the spot.
I wish we still lived in the states so I could buy these! They look absolutely perfect for Fall! I also wish Fall was still here. Here it has already turned into Winter.
I’m excited for football too! Here in Florida the cooler weather comes very late in the year and we are finally getting cooler days which is very nice! Yay for Fall!

I love all things Fall and the colors and clothes are my favorite. My only reservation is the cooling temperatures and the high heating bills. 🙂
