Dreaming of Fall

I hate Texas in the summer. Don’t get me wrong I love my state but 60 plus days of 100-115 degree temps…NO THANK YOU!

The pools feel like tepid bath water and you sweat walking to your car. Ugh hate.

So lately I have been dreaming of Fall….

Especially Fall clothes…and decorating our NEW apartment for Fall 🙂

  4. I live in Kentucky and the heat and humidity has been horrid.. even worse when our heat pump is down so we have had to use window units to cool the bedrooms. This week our temps are in the upper 70s.. we are having a teaser of fall. I am loving it

I have been dreaming of fall for a good month already. I’ve come to the conclusion that since I get tired of the different seasons so quickly, they could last a month each and I’d be a happy bird. But I am so ready for layers and changing leaves…And it’s still July :/

Today in NYC it feels so much like fall that it’s making me wish we were about to start October instead of August. It is definitely my favorite time of year – the weather, the clothes (layering YAY!) and of course the pumpkin spice latte’s …. ahhhh now I’m dreaming of Fall too!!! 🙂

You are not the only one dreaming of fall. The weather is beautiful right now in Chicago but I can’t walk out the door to my building because I’m terrified of getting attacked my the hornets and wasps guarding the door. Between the normal humid heat and crazy bugs, summer is my worst nightmare. Besides, who doesn’t love fall? The fashion, the coffee, football! And now that I’m moving into a new and much nicer apartment, I can’t wait to decorate either!!

  15. I love summer but I don’t love sweating while walking to the car. Just about the time I’m ready for summer to end, fall is here!

As much as I love summer, I love fall that much more, I like breaking out my jeans and hoodies and curling up at a bonfire and just spending time outside without being overbearingly hot!
