My best friend and I live in different states, and sadly we do not get to see each other as much as we would like. Usually it’s several months between visits and so things like Facetime, texting daily, and phone calls are all we can do. But it’s also fun with friends you don’t see often, or even friends you do see often, to surprise them with a fun gift! I have put together a gift basket for your best friend that you could easily put together and send to a friend to surprise them!
Gift Basket For Your Best Friend
The first thing I have is a cute card! Anytime you give a gift you have to include a card! That’s the most fun part. My best friend and I always say “you’re my person” from Grey’s Anatomy, and when I saw this card I was like DUH! I have to get it! Also did you know International Friendship Day is July 30th? Perfect time to send a card or gift to your bestie!
The next thing I put in is Ricola drops. Home girl gets sick A LOT! So I figured having these on hand would be good! We both love notebooks and journals and this marble notebook is so on trend right now. Love it!
These adult coloring books are all the rage right now. Andrew bought me one recently and I am loving it to destress when I am having a rough week. I also love these colored pencils to go with it. Perfect to give your best friend to remind y’all of childhood.
Lastly, bestie sure does love peppermint hot chocolate (all year round), so finding this candy cane hot chocolate was a win!
Putting together a gift basket for your best friend is such a fun thing to do. It makes you feel good and shows how well you know them. Don’t forget to celebrate International Friendship Day at the end of the month and show your best friend how much you care!

This is such a fun idea! I love putting together fun gift baskets for my friends. I actually have a snail mail gift swap going on with my friends and we all love it! It’s nice to know you are thought of and loved, especially when it’s not a holiday!
This is great! My best friends loves to send cards to people and I always feel SO BAD because I forget to send one back (I FaceTime her instead). But this would TOTALLY make up for all the cards I didn’t send on a random basis.
My best friend and I live in different county’s and I’m meeting up with her tomorrow, this is such a nice idea I may just make up a wee parcel for her 🙂 x
