People say that it can take anywhere from 21 days to 30 days to form a new routine. January is such a great time to begin that! One thing I love about the start of a new year is the feeling that anything is possible. That you can truly decide “this is the year I am going to do ______!” I think that’s why I am so excited to partner with Rebalance on their 90 days to Rebalance initiative.
New Year, New Routine
Last year I started using Rebalance when I noticed that my sleep and energy were really suffering. I am a big morning person but I was consistently finding that around noon or one I was STRUGGLING! When I started using Rebalance I saw a huge change! What I love about Rebalance is that it isn’t something difficult to add to your routine. It is essentially 3 lozenges and you take them in the morning, evening, and before bed. For me, I noticed an improvement in about a week.
The first thing I noticed was I was not feeling exhausted in the middle of the day. No longer was I needing to make a 2 PM coffee just to make it to bedtime. I also had more energy for my kids after school and wasn’t as easy to snap at them during that rough time of day between school and bedtime. Moms, you know what I’m talking about!
The second thing I noticed was that I did not struggle to fall asleep! This is HUGE for me. I was basically out when my head hit the pillow and even more than that I was sleeping ALL NIGHT. I was also waking up feeling rested and not exhausted. Something I had really struggled with since having kids. Just that overwhelming feeling of always feeling like 2 more hours of sleep would be great.

I honestly think something like Rebalance would help me so much. My sleep in particular has been awful the last few weeks and I just can’t seem to get it back to where it was pre-Christmas.
