Yes The Teen Mom Workout. How many of you dont want to go to the gym? Dont have a gym membership? Work from home? Are stay at home moms? Just dont have an hour to get out of the house at the right times? This workout is for you! Can actually be used with any TV show but I use it for Teen Mom…dont judge me.
So if you watch Teen Mom 2 you will understand my references if not sub your favorite TV show any 4 characters for this workout.
1. When Janelle is on TV do squats with or without weights…I use a 10 lb weight then alternate with lunges one leg at a time everytime they are on screen
2. When Kailyn is on do pushups and tricep dips alternating 20 of each each time she is on the screen
3. When Leah is on run in place every time she is on screen. If that is too hard do jumping jacks or alternate between the two
4. When Chelsea is on do a one minute plank, then alternate with crunches(50), and sit ups(25) and bridges(25) everytime she is on screen
There you have it the Teen Mom 2 workout you can do it with Teen Mom one and sub the girls in. Also works well with Sex and the City, Friends, etc.
Its a fun way to watch a show and get your workout in at the same time!
