Well it’s nearly two months since our wedding and seeing how we got the actual photos back just a couple of weeks ago. I figured it was time to do a recap! I will spread them out over the next few weeks.
Friday started out so fun!
I woke up early and Ashley was already in town. I picked her up at the airport Friday night before. We both had signs for each other.
NAILED IT!
Friday first up was Starbucks and getting Michele before checking in to the hotel for the weekend. Of course Michele had to make a statement by knocking over a bottle of wine at 9 AM into the lobby floor.
Then it was off to meet up with my mom and other bridesmaids for our manicures/pedicures and bridal luncheon which my grandmother also joined us for.
Then we went to the hotel to get ready for the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. In Jewish weddings the rabbi doesn’t rehearse the ceremony so it was mainly just everyone knowing where to line up and what order to walk in.
Then we headed to the amazing rehearsal dinner hosted by Andrew’s parents at Eddie V’s restaurant.
It was so fun to hang out with all of our family from out of town and special guests. Our videographer had this amazing video done of Andrew and I with pictures and also interviews we did several months ago.
Us with Andrew’s brother and his girlfriend
Enjoying our night
Our table at the rehearsal dinner. Andrews brothers, my matron and maid of honor and Micheles husband.
We also got to hear some amazing speeches from Andrews parents and grandma, family friends, and a ton of our bridal party including my 14 year old cousin who brought down the house!
Then it was time to go back to the hotel and attempt a good nights sleep.
It was a great Friday of our wedding weekend and I can’t wait to share the rest of the weekend with you all!
What are you up to today?
Glad you had a fun time. You all look really cute.
