What’s In My Daily and Weekly Wellness Stack

So recently I read an article about wellness stacking. Which is essentially the idea of doing as much wellness as you can in a short amount of time. The article gives great insight about it and to the girl who started it on TikTok. I feel like it some ways I already do this but I thought it would be fun to share what’s in my daily and weekly wellness stack. So the things I make sure I do daily and then some that I may just do once or twice a week!

What’s In My Daily and Weekly Wellness Stack

Daily Wellness Stack:

  • Under eye masks first thing in the AM
  • Working out (specifically Pure Barre)
  • Green smoothies (I have had one basically every day for 15 years!)
  • Gua Sha at night
  • Going on walks outside whenever possible- the fresh air is so so helpful
  • Doing my skincare routine morning and night

Weekly Wellness Stack:

  • Foam rolling
  • Cleaning my makeup brushes (I aim for weekly)
  • Dry brushing (I really want to do this daily)
  • Face masks (I do this 2-3 times a week)
  • Meal planning (very helpful when trying to stay on track with certain types of food)
  • Buying fresh flowers (I do this most Fridays. I love having fresh flowers at home)
  • Infrared mask (I try to do this 3 times a week)

For me a lot of these things just make me feel better about myself, and give me a mood booster.

I need to get few foam rollers. I have terrible back issues, and I was advised that foam rolling would be a big help.

  4. It’s healthy to understand what we do routinely each day. This put some order into our time, which makes moving forward easy.

I do a lot of the same, minus the green smoothies. They just aren’t for me. If I am not outside walking once a day, boy do I notice a difference in my mood.
