Recently I read the book, Where She Went. Where She Went is the sequel to the truly amazing book, If I Stay. In the book Adam and Mia are living apart on opposite sides of the country when they have a chance meeting while Adam is in New York without his new girlfriend. Mia and Adam share a magical night together where they have the opportunity to say all of those things they never got the chance to. What happens in that time together could potentially change 2 entire life courses….
What I loved about this book was that its told from Adam’s point of view. It takes place over the course of 24 hours which I always enjoy in movies but had never seen in a book. I feel as though you really get more of s sense of the people and their struggles because it goes more in depth than a lot of books that are told in more of a rushed tone over a long period of time. I read it pretty quick. It took me about a day and a half and I was pretty sad when it was over. I really hope there is another book in this series because I really enjoy reading about these two characters and their love for one another.
I would highly suggest this book to anyone I knew. If you long a solidly great story and a well written book than this is for you. It takes a lot for a book to really suck me in and this did.
Go read it.
